Last updated October 20, 2026 · Purchase terms, warranty protection and safer-use guidance
0(a)These rules apply whenever you purchase a subscription or digital account, or order social boosting from GoGreen. Read the listing and these rules before paying. Completing checkout confirms that you understand and accept them.
1(a)Review the service name, plan, duration, region, quantity, requirements, delivery method and compatibility shown in the listing.
1(b)Only order a service that you are legally permitted to use. You are responsible for supplying accurate usernames, profile links and contact details where requested.
1(c)A correctly delivered item is not returnable merely because you changed your mind or selected the wrong plan.
2. Delivery, inspection and warranty
2(a)Digital delivery may appear in your order page, dashboard, email or another method stated in the listing.
2(b)Inspect every delivered item immediately. For subscriptions and digital accounts, the warranty or complaint window shown on the plan or order begins when delivery is made. Social refill timing follows the selected plan and the social rules below. For eligible accounts, the default is 30 minutes unless a different period is displayed.
2(c)Report a fault through GoGreen Support within the displayed window and include the order reference and useful evidence. Do not publish credentials or private access details.
2(d)When a verified item cannot be repaired or replaced, the remedy available under our Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply.
3. Secure your access
3(a)Change passwords and recovery details when the listing permits it, enable available security controls, and keep credentials private.
3(b)Do not share one login across unnecessary devices or locations. Sudden location, device or network changes may trigger a platform security review.
3(c)If a service requires a consistent region, use a reputable private or residential connection. Avoid free VPNs, public proxies and suspicious browser extensions.
4. Account usage recommendations
4(a)These recommendations reduce avoidable security checks and platform restrictions. They do not guarantee that a third-party platform will keep an account active.
01
Use a stable, reputable connection
4(b)Reusing one IP for many accounts can link them together. Where a consistent region is required, use a trustworthy private IPv4 or residential connection. Avoid free VPNs, shared proxy packs and suspicious browser extensions.
02
Separate account environments
4(c)Avoid signing many unrelated accounts into the same device and browser profile. Use separate devices, dedicated browser profiles or reputable account-management environments where lawful and permitted by the platform.
03
Begin activity gradually
4(d)Do not immediately perform mass follows, likes, messages, comments or rapid profile changes. Complete appropriate profile details and build normal activity gradually within platform limits.
5. Prohibited use
5(a)You must not use a GoGreen service for fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, unlawful access, deceptive messaging, malware, evasion of sanctions or platform enforcement, or infringement of another person's rights. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to every order.
6. Support and third-party services
6(a)Contact support promptly when an order has a problem. We may ask for reasonable evidence to diagnose it and confirm warranty eligibility.
6(b)We aim to respond to properly submitted support requests within 24 hours, although urgent warranty reports should still be submitted within the warranty period.
6(c)GoGreen does not provide training for third-party platforms unless a listing expressly includes it.
6(d)Third-party platforms, apps, devices, proxies and network providers are outside GoGreen's control. Their outages, policy changes and enforcement decisions are subject to the protections stated in the purchased plan and our published policies.
7. Reporting a problem and supporting evidence
7(a)Keep your order reference, payment confirmation, the listing details and any relevant error messages. State what failed, when it happened, and the steps you took.
7(b)Report delivery or access problems promptly through GoGreen Support. If you are requesting a replacement, stop using or modifying the affected item while we investigate, except for checks requested by Support.
7(c)We may request screenshots or a first-login or activation recording where reasonably necessary to establish the fault. A recording is helpful evidence, but its absence alone does not automatically invalidate a genuine claim. Never send passwords, recovery codes or unrelated personal information in public messages.
7(d)Account changes or continued use may affect our ability to diagnose a problem. Any decision will consider the available evidence and whether those actions caused or contributed to the reported fault.
7(e)Unfamiliarity with a correctly described service or a change of preference does not by itself establish a product fault. Ask about compatibility before purchasing; statutory cancellation and refund rights remain applicable.
8. Delivery and payment issues
8(a)A payment receipt does not by itself confirm that a payment provider has settled the transaction. If payment is pending, provide its reference, amount, date and payment method so we can trace it. Do not make a duplicate payment unless instructed.
8(b)Delivery follows the timeframe shown for the selected service. If a paid item has not arrived within that timeframe, contact Support. We will investigate delivery or provide the remedy available under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8(c)A replacement must address the verified fault and match the purchased description. Where repair or a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will apply the appropriate refund remedy. No rule on this page removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
8(d)Payment-provider verification, network outages and platform checks can delay processing. We will explain known delays rather than treat a pending payment as a completed delivery.
9. Platform restrictions and responsibility
9(a)Unless expressly included in the listing, purchasing access does not guarantee future platform approval, advertising approval, verification, earnings, followers or uninterrupted operation.
9(b)Restrictions caused by the buyer's misuse, prohibited activity, credential sharing or changes contrary to the supplied instructions are assessed separately from a fault present at delivery. GoGreen must have a reasonable basis for attributing a problem to those actions.
9(c)Supplier or platform involvement does not remove GoGreen's responsibility for the description, delivery and remedies promised to you.
9(d)Keep a private copy of your receipts and permitted delivery details. Older completed records may be hidden from customer history after three months when they fall outside your latest 50 records. Hiding a record does not mean it was deleted or that an otherwise valid claim is forfeited; contact Support with the order reference.
10. Fair complaint handling
10(a)Support assesses claims using the listing and warranty applicable to the purchase, payment and delivery records, and evidence supplied by both sides. A complaint is not rejected merely because a customer disagrees with us.
10(b)Use one support conversation per issue where possible and keep communication respectful. Threats or abuse may restrict a communication channel, but do not cancel a valid refund or other remedy.
10(c)These rules apply alongside our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms of Service and applicable consumer protections. Mandatory legal rights take priority. The default 30-minute reporting window does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10(d)Changes to these rules apply to future purchases. A later change does not reduce the protections agreed for an existing order.
11. Social boosting orders
11(a)Confirm the exact target, platform, service and quantity before checkout. Keep the target public where required and do not rename, remove or change it while delivery or a refill is pending.
11(b)Avoid overlapping campaigns on the same target, including orders with other websites. Tell support about outside activity so delivery counts can be assessed fairly. GoGreen may reject a duplicate request before submission.
11(c)Check the plan’s own refill and cancellation terms. A refill can cover eligible loss from that order; it does not replace a pre-existing audience. Wait for an open refill to be resolved before ordering more on the same target.
11(d)A confirmed final Partial result can trigger a proportional refund for the undelivered quantity. Read the partial-refund conditions for payment-source treatment and review requirements.
11(e)Ordinary deposits are for purchases. Only eligible Cash App link proceeds can be withdrawn; a purchase refund does not make a different funding source withdrawable.
11(f)Service estimates do not guarantee sales or platform approval. The delivery and refill conditions, purchased listing and applicable consumer rights govern the remedy.
12. Agreement
12(a)By accepting these rules at checkout, you confirm that you have read the listing, understand the delivery and warranty conditions, and will use the service lawfully and securely.
