1(a)These Terms form a contract between you and Purplegreen Investment Limited, trading as GoGreen, when you access ongogreen.com, create an account or place an order. They incorporate our Privacy, Refund, Delivery, Cookie and Acceptable Use policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2(a)You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your session until you notify us of suspected compromise.
3(a)GoGreen is a digital-services marketplace offering subscription access, digital accounts and social boosting services. Each category has different inputs, delivery methods, limitations and warranty terms. The service page, checkout summary and order record form part of your purchase.
3(b)Access may consist of credentials, a profile, activation code, invite, link or other digital entitlement. Unless the listing expressly says otherwise, ownership of an underlying third-party platform is not transferred and continued access may depend on that platform’s rules.
3(c)You authorise GoGreen and the selected fulfilment provider to submit the displayed service, target and quantity. Results, speed, refill and retention depend on the selected plan and the target platform. Do not change a target, make it private or place overlapping orders while fulfilment is in progress unless support instructs you to do so.
4(a)Prices are shown in the currency selected for your supported region. The checkout total, including any disclosed fee or discount, is the amount payable. Wallet credits are stored-value records for purchases on GoGreen and are not a bank account or interest-bearing deposit. Payment is not complete until our systems verify it. Reversed, fraudulent, duplicated or incorrectly credited payments may be corrected after investigation.
4(b)Only eligible proceeds received through GoGreen Cash App links can be withdrawn, subject to available source balance, verification, limits and disclosed charges. Ordinary wallet top-ups, cashback and Points do not qualify for withdrawal. A purchase refund does not create new withdrawal eligibility; the original funding-source restrictions continue to apply.
4(c)Use the payment destination and instructions shown for your current transaction. For crypto payments, check the asset, network, address, amount and any expiry before sending. An old address or an unsupported transfer may be difficult or impossible to recover; contact support with the transaction reference so receipt can be investigated.
5(a)Review the service, plan, quantity, target and contact details before submitting. An acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order that is unavailable, incorrectly priced, unsafe, unlawful, duplicated, technically impossible or inconsistent with these Terms. If we cannot supply a paid order, the remedy in our Refund Policy applies.
6(a)Delivery is electronic through the order page, dashboard, email notice or another method stated in the listing. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless expressly described as guaranteed. Inspect delivery promptly and report a problem within the plan’s displayed warranty or complaint window. See the Delivery Policy.
7(a)GoGreen is independent of the brands and platforms referenced in listings unless expressly stated. Their availability, terms, algorithms and enforcement may change without our control. You must comply with their rules. We do not guarantee that a third party will continue a feature, account or subscription after valid delivery where a restriction results from your actions, a pre-existing issue or a platform-wide change.
8(a)You must not use GoGreen for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, illegal content, unauthorised access, market manipulation, evasion of platform enforcement or infringement of another person’s rights. Our full Acceptable Use Policy applies.
9(a)We may restrict an account or order where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security threats, unlawful use, chargebacks, abuse or material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact support. You may request account closure, subject to retention required for completed transactions, disputes and law.
9(b)Closing or restricting an account does not automatically forfeit an undisputed balance or an otherwise valid claim. Transactions under investigation remain subject to verification and applicable remedies.
10(a)We will perform services with reasonable care and within the standard required by applicable Nigerian consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that law does not permit us to limit. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
10(b)Events outside reasonable control may interrupt delivery or payment processing. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate known material delays. An interruption does not itself remove remedies for an unperformed service.
11(a)Contact support@ongogreen.com with your order ID and a clear description. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. If unresolved, you may use rights available through the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission where applicable, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
12(a)These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nigeria may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer right.
13(a)We may update these Terms prospectively. The version shown at checkout governs that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you. A later supplier notice or message on an external channel does not silently replace the conditions already agreed with GoGreen. Material changes affecting an existing order must be communicated through GoGreen and handled consistently with your rights.
